Bamboo group figure of Shaoulao and three young boys finely carved with a beautiful honey original patina.
Shoulao or Shou Xing, known as the god of longevity or immortality is portrayed as a smiling aged sage with a characteristic elongated protruding forehead symbolizing cumulative wisdom and eternal health.

China 17th - 18th century.
Height : 18 cm / 7.1 in.
